Bill Belichick Wrote Letter to President Donald Trump About Friendship

Winslow Townson-USA TODAY Sports

New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick admitted that the letter he wrote wasn't related to being "politically motivated." Instead it was about the long relationship he has had with Trump.

"Our friendship goes back many years. I think anybody that spends more than five minutes with me knows I'm not a political person. My comments are not politically motivated," said Belichick.

Quarterback Tom Brady was also supporting Donald Trump, but his wife Gisele Bundchen (supermodel) who makes more than he does, does not support Trump. Brady never publicly announced his sponsorship with Trump, but did tell Trump that he could tell New Hampshire that he will support Trump.
